WirelessAdmin
allows you to tap into the power of the Microsoft Windows Scripting
Host. The
Microsoft Windows Script Host is a tool that will allow you to run
Visual Basic Scripting Edition and JScript natively within Windows
95, 98, NT 4.0, and Windows 2000. Using these scripting languages
you can write scripts to automate common tasks, and to create powerful
macros.
From the WirelessAdmin
"Run a Script" menu, you can run a Windows Script. This
script can perform any task that Windows Scripting is capable of.
The Windows Scripting host must be installed on the same system
that WirelessAdmin is installed on. Generally if you install IE4/Outlook4
and above on a system, the Windows Scripting host will be installed
as well. If you want to install the Windows Scripting Host
separately, you can download it from the Microsoft
Windows Script Download site.
With WirelessAdmin
and Windows scripting, you can launch applications, click application
buttons and menu items, respond to dialog boxes or create your own
custom tasks.
