Once
you have selected a folder, you can choose whether to extract email
addresses and names from the To Line, the From Line or Customer
Contact and search the entire body of emails for addresses, as Figure
5 shows.. This is particularly useful for extracting email
addresses from email bounces:

Finally,
you can select a name for your imported list and description, then
import the email addresses and names. Once you have completed
the import, these email address will be available for you to use
in your mailings.
